Caroline Lewis

Planning my own dream wedding in under three months, on a tight budget, while navigating job hunting after college graduation, was my very first event. The thrill of that challenge ignited a passion for event planning within me, and now there's nothing I enjoy doing more!

I've since worked under two major nonprofits where I was lead Event Planner. Visualizing, planning, and executing events for anywhere from twenty to a thousand people was my normal! This experience provided me with strong problem-solving skills, a level head, and a fine attention to detail - all essential skills for ensuring your event goes off without a hitch!

After the birth of my son in 2021, my love of event planning pivoted to helping families and couples on a more personal level. I love nothing more than helping my clients realize their dream event. Knowing we are a small part of helping people create memories to last a lifetime is a privilege and an honor. I am so blessed!

My event planning journey began around the year 2000, while as a stay at home mom of two girls, I coordinated school carnivals, end-of-year banquets, concession stand and vendor operations, as well as presided over booster organizations.

I realized I had a knack for organization, but my true love was decor, colors, textures and overall design. In 2008 I started my own company in The Woodlands, in south Texas, where I worked for realtors as a home stager, contractors as an interior designer, and clients who wanted a home refresh. Servicing The Woodlands, Kerrville and the Hill Country, and College Station since 2008, my work as a residential and commercial decorator has spanned incredible projects of all sizes.

My design skills and event organization experience helps my clients hone their big picture ideas and customize their event to be their very own. I truly love helping people make their visions and desires reality as well as meeting new friends in the process!

Event planning became a passion when I volunteered to coordinate a friend's wedding in Nashville, and my love for logistics collided with my enthusiasm for organization. As a professional organizer, I embraced the challenge of working within a budget to bring the dreams of my loved ones to life. The desire to continue planning events became reality when I looked around at the talented ladies in my life, all with diverse skill sets, and realized I already had a fantastic team capable of meeting the challenge.

Our team is here to help you eliminate the stress and attain every special moment. We build your dream around you!
